With your client's approval, results are shared under both names. Then you offer SaidText to more of your clients as a referral partner or reseller.

No. It sits before the systems the plant already runs. Techs speak, a supervisor reviews, and the record is ready to search and share.
Who handles setup and support during the pilot?
We do. You stay the trusted advisor in front of your client, and we take care of the setup.
